Anna Patel is the founder of Skylark Hill Solicitors LLP. Anna completed her degree in Law and practiced in litigation. 

Upon qualifying she decided to specialise in family law and has almost 20 years of experience in this area of law. She has had extensive experience in working as a locum in many firms around the country and has built up a network of clients over the years.

In her spare time, Anna involves herself in charity projects and works with other organisations with the same ethos.

Jignesh graduated with a LLB (Hons) Law degree from The University of Reading and then went on to complete the LPC at the University of Law before joining Skylark Hill Solicitors as a trainee solicitor.

He has extensive experience in contentious matters, including debt recovery, contractual disputes and landlord and tenant matters. 

He is also experienced in dealing with family matters, including divorce, financial and children matters. 

Bhapinder qualified as a solicitor in 1999. He is a highly accomplished Family Law Solicitor with over 25 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) navigating complex family law disputes. He regularly attends court and has developed strong advocacy skills.

Over time Bhapinder has become a specialist Family law solicitor and advocate. Known for his empathetic yet highly tactical approach, Bhapinder combines robust courtroom advocacy with a commitment to seeking to minimise legal costs and incorporate alternative dispute resolution. Bhapinder deals with all aspects of divorce and family law proceedings. Bhapinder has represented company directors and individuals including, directors, dentists, police officers, lecturers and teachers.

Bhapinder possesses a profound professional passion for restoring and protecting the bond between children and non-resident parents whilst understanding the impact of domestic violence of the family dynamics. He firmly believes that, wherever safe and possible, a child has a fundamental right to a meaningful relationship with both parents. Bhapinder has a strong grasp of parental alienation, resolving high-conflict contact blockages, and crafting practical, long-term co-parenting frameworks that puts the child first.

Bhapinder has experience of cross over issues involving immigration, landlord and tenant and other litigation issues. Bhapinder has developed a good understanding of general litigation and human rights law in the course of his career.
